Tropical Depression expected to become TS Nicole, aim at Florida

After emerging in the Caribbean just south of Cuba on Tuesday morning, Tropical Depression 16 was forecast to grow into Tropical Storm Nicole and either plow over or brush the South Florida coastline on Wednesday.
