What can association do about owners who skip maintenance payments but still pay the mortgage?

I'm told Florida laws increasingly provide associations with more authority to deal with delinquents. In the past two years lawmakers provided both condos and homeowners the authority to ban delinquent owners from using common areas, such as pools and clubhouses, and from serving on boards. In addition, condo boards may begin the process for filing for foreclosure against an owner once he or she falls behind by two payments or more.

Côté, Léonard: À l’hôpital de Trois-Rivières, le mercredi 25 janvier 2012, est décédé monsieur Léonard Côté. Il était âgé de 79 ans. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Raymonde et ses filles et leurs conjoints.
Les funérailles seront célébrées le samedi 4 février 2012 à Sainte Brigitte-des-Saults.
Monsieur Côté était propriétaire du condo 109, dans le Galen. Il était particulièrement apprécié. Plusieurs se souviendront de lui parce qu’il nous interprétait le Ô Canada, de sa magnifique voix, lors de nos Olympiades.
Nos condoléances aux membres de sa famille et à tous ceux qui l’aimaient.

La soirée rétro de samedi le 21 janvier dernier a été un succès.

Plus de 110 personnes y ont participées et l'ambiance était électrisante,
pour ensuite accueillir les artistes invités Jean et Christiane qui ont interprété
des airs de Claude Valade, Chantal Pary, Michèle Richard, Sweet People et
autres.
On a dansé, chanté et bien rigolé
Il y a eu un tirage d'une réplique d'un ancien tourne-disque de marque Crosley
(radio AM-FM, cassette, DVD, compatible I-Pod), d'une valeur de 130$ - lequel a été
gagné par M. Hervé Dorval du Galen.
