SUNRISE · An owner of a Chinese buffet restaurant said he hopes to reopen this morning after state inspectors forced the owners to shut down earlier this week, citing problems with cockroaches and other insects.
State inspectors shut down the Emerald Coast, 4915 N. Pine Island Road, when a routine inspection on Monday found cockroaches and other insects in nine different locations around the restaurant, according to state records.
