Information
C'est arrivé dans un autre complexe
A few weeks ago somebody hold a party at a central BBQ inviting many people . Apparently, many of their friends were accused of making too much noise.
Yesterday, they received a letter from the association telling them that if their guests violate the rules again, the association will take legal action against them. The letter also states that they will suspend their rights to use the BBQ if such violation occurs again. Even if the allegations are true, can an association hold them responsible for the actions of their friends and suspend their rights?

A. Yes. Under Florida law, owners and their guests must comply with the governing documents and rules of the association.
An association may bring an action against you as an owner or your guests who used the common area in violation of the rules. But an association can only suspend your or your guests' rights to use the common areas if the governing documents give the association such authority.
Donc, si vous réservez un BBQ, vous êtes responsable de la conduite de vos invités. et, pourriez être empêchés d'utiliser le BBQ à nouveau, si l'évènement dérange le voisinage par le bruit et les chants discordants.
