Under Florida law, the association has the irrevocable right to access each unit during reasonable hours when it's necessary to maintain, repair or replace any common elements. They may also access any portion of a unit to be maintained by the association, or to prevent damage to the common elements or to a unit. But the law does not allow a board member to enter your unit to determine whether or not you are abiding by the no pet rule, or any other rule.
