La petanque.......déception

Mes Impressions: OÙ sont les gens qui se plaignaient qu'il n'y avait pas de pétanque cette année. J.P. Saint Jacques et moi avons tout fait pour pouvoir repartir la pétanque cette année, malgré le refus du directeur du loisir du conté de Broward. Aujourd'hui nous étions 16 dont 5 de Lauderhill East. Je tiens à remercier ceux qui était présents .Les autres je n'ai rien à leur dire, mais qu'ils ne viennent pas me demander s'il y aura de la pétanque l'an prochain. J’ose espérer que ce n'est la 1.00$ pour le club house qui les repoussent. Si c'est le cas ça ne vaut pas la peine d'en parler ni de faire d'effort pour ces gens là.

Q: I am a board member of a condominium. Of the five directors at our condominium, four do not like the president of the association. After we elected him as president, he went from a nice, easygoing guy to a dictator. Now the four directors want to get rid of him and appoint a new president. When we told the president what we intended to do, he claimed that he cannot be removed by the board. He claims that the unit owners are the only ones that can remove him. I read our governing documents and the only reference that discusses removal has to do with the removal of a director. Is the president correct?
A: No, the president of the association is not correct. The board of directors can hire or fire any officer by majority vote of the directors. If your board has a properly called meeting and the majority of directors agrees to terminate the president, then he or she is terminated. No unit owner vote is necessary. The board can then vote to elect a new president.

Je le remercie beaucoup de son envoi et je souhaite qu’il continue à garder son sourire..
